Stan E. Riddle, Attorney

After receiving a BA at UC Berkeley and graduating from Pepperdine Law School, Mr. Riddle started his career in Washington DC working as a legislative assistance for a US Congressional Representative.  Later in his career, he advised clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions and then later acted as legal counsel for a real estate development firm.

The Law Offices of Stan E. Riddle is a full-service bankruptcy legal practice that serves multiple communities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  We are headquartered in Walnut Creek, but also have offices in Oakland and Fremont, California.  The majority of our clientele are from Alameda County and Contra Costa County.  The firm’s primary focus for the past several years has been, and continues to be, to provide superior legal counsel to individuals and small businesses that face financial difficulty, with a primary focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy representation.  Our philosophy is to provide one-on-one, hands-on legal analysis, advice and representation in a thorough, pragmatic and respectful manner.  Stan Riddle has been licensed to practice law in the State of California for over 17 years, and has significant experience in the areas of personal and small business bankruptcy, real estate transactions, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
